Doodling soothes our nervous system.
Learn about how you can have your doodles work for you. How you can recognize what you are thinking and feeling without being overwhelmed. Doodles are a tool for good mental wellbeing and everyone can do them.
This is not a prescriptive session of Zentangling, it is rather a daily mediation to allow our nervous system to reset, to assist our processing of thoughts and daily events with an activity that often then produces the words we need.
The session will cover:
- How to do free flowing doodling
- How to slow down our thinking by rounding out the corners of the doodle and our thoughts
- How to create points of interest or
contemplation to a doodle with circles, colour and shading.
- Overview of Neurographica and the 8 algorithms. These assist with understanding your doodles and allowing you a strategy to tackle big thoughts or topics.
$30 pp. All materials included.
